Last week, we delivered our first online training in Human Factors for the EUROCONTROL’s ATSEPs (Air Traffic Safety Electronics Personnel).
We used online collaborative tools, such as real-time surveys and shared dashboards, to enhance learning and foster exchange. Our trainers Angela Donati and Paola Tomasello introduced the attending ATSEPs to the Human Factors basics. Together, they discussed human abilities and limitations, communication styles, stress coping skills and fatigue management.
