Last week, we delivered our Human Factors for ATSEPs course at EUROCONTROL’s Maastricht Upper Area Control Centre (MUAC).
Two days to introduce technical roles to the Human Factors basics, such as Human abilities and limitations, communication skills, and stress and fatigue management.
We designed the course to meet the needs and expectations of air traffic safety electronics personnel. Therefore, we provided examples related to their daily job, and selected the topics more relevant to their work.
Attendees started very interesting discussions with our trainers Stefano Bonelli and Angela Donati. Both had great fun in delivering the course.
